The baby's clothing should be a gown: Something that is easily raised over the baby's waist as the circumcision is being performed, and easily pulled over the baby's body afterwards. A small receiving blanket should be handy also. Have a pacifier or clean nipple that I dip in some sugar water that I have prepared just for comfort during the prep and the procedure. You may feed the baby until 10 minutes prior to the ceremony, be sure to get a good "burp" at that time. [Next]
